What we collect

When you start a trial or contact us we collect your name, company, e-mail, phone number, country and the network address you signed up from. We record how much of your plan limits you use (for example the number of users). The business data you enter into the applications belongs to your organization.

How we use it

To create and run your account, send service messages (such as renewal reminders), take payment and answer your enquiries. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page (Alinma ClickPay, Tabby or Tamara). Vision CIT never sees or stores your card number.

Cookies and similar storage

We use only what the site needs: a sign-in session cookie and a form-protection cookie, a country-choice cookie, and your theme and cookie-choice settings stored in your browser. Analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta) are loaded only if you press Accept on the cookie notice and only when they are switched on.

Service providers

We use hosting, e-mail and payment providers to run the service. They process data only to provide those services. (List and locations to be confirmed by the legal adviser.)

Your choices and rights

You can download your account data and ask us to delete it from your account page, or write to us to correct or delete your personal data. We verify who is asking first, and we keep records that the law requires us to keep.
