Free trial

A trial lasts the number of days shown on the plan and needs no card. When it ends, access pauses until you subscribe; your data is kept.

Subscriptions, periods and payment

You choose a billing period at checkout (the periods offered are shown there; longer periods may include a discount) and pay in advance. Prices are shown in your country's currency (Saudi riyal or Jordanian dinar) and exclude tax: VAT 15% in Saudi Arabia and General Sales Tax 16% in Jordan, added at checkout. If the payment provider cannot charge your currency, the charge is made in Saudi riyals and the checkout page shows the exact amount before you pay.

Renewal and grace period

Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we do not store your card. We remind you by e-mail before the period ends and you renew from your account page. After a paid period ends there is a grace period (currently 3 days, which we may change); after it, sign-in to the applications pauses until you renew. Your data is kept.

Cancellation

The account owner can cancel from the account page. A paid subscription stops at the end of the period you already paid for and keeps working until then; you can undo the cancellation before that date. Cancelling an unpaid trial takes effect immediately.

Refunds (DRAFT - needs legal review)

DRAFT: the refund policy has not been decided yet. Until it is published, refund requests are reviewed individually.

Your data

Your organization's data remains yours and nothing is deleted automatically when a subscription ends. After it ends your data stays available for export for a retention period (to be confirmed by the legal adviser). You can download your account data from your account page and ask for deletion; we verify the request first and keep the records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and accounting records. You are responsible for the users you add and for keeping passwords safe.
